Office Consolidation – TDSB

From 2013 to 2015, earth undertook a review of the TDSB’s GTA wide office premises in light of rationalizing consolidation. Core to this work was the creation of a 25-year cash flow model used to measure various scenarios. The model was synthesized by way of information such as area studies, space forecasts, leasing information, parking requirements, renovation and refresh options, conceptual office floor layouts and the gamut of new build assumptions.
